Pathetic services of MTNL/AKSH Optifibre

I ordered MTNL IPTV on Dec 26th.and it was installed on a separate phone No. 28532915 in January.. However since since then I have been facing the problem with the same. The screen freezes after every 20 seconds and I am not able to watch any programme. I even informed the same to the customer care on 17th Jan 09 vide Complaint No. 20090117011. Please note that since installation of IPTV we have not used the same on account of this problem. Also please note that I am making daily complaints to all your senior executives and till today nobody has turned up to rectify the same.
This is really frustrating and hence I would like to discontinue the service of MTNL IPTV through AKSH Optifibre Ltd, with immediate effect.
I have given the security deposit check of Rs 999, fvg AKSH Optifibre Ltd. which I would like to refund me immediately due to inefficient and pathetic services. Also i do not want any bill to be sent to me.
