Wrong Billing

IPTV installed on my telephone 022 29254226nthough stopped functioning properly during very first month of its installation and despite number of complaints lodged in this connection remained unattended MTNL charged me for the services they never rendered satisfactorily.

Even the complaints made to them regarding unjust and unfair billings too have remained unattende.

Please, therefore help me resolve my grievance
