Wrong billing

We got iptv installed on 20th may. Verbally as well as in writing you promised that services are free for one year. Now since the installation of iptv my bills are coming of great amount. You also promised trhat registration fee of Rs 300 will be taken by MTNL while MTNL is charging Rs 500.I have approached to you on 2690000 as well as MTNL. Both agencies are putting the case on each other. Now I request you either you solve this problem or else I will be forced to take some legal action. My broadband charges are 300 Rs and our monthly usage is very less that cannot exceed 800mbs which we are getting free in our plan.
