MTNL / IPTV Service Complaints - Poor IPTV Service
No response on helpline

I have been using the IPTV Service since past 7months. The service is very poor, recently I have noticed even there is no response at all at their helpdesk number 126000. Most of the channels have been removed before prior notice even though we have been paying full amount every month. The service is even more pathetic then usual now. Kindly help getting this resolved.
