Poor IPTV Service

I have been using MTNL IPTV service for the past year and a half, everytime i complain about the service being down to the helpdesk the response is very poor. My IPTV service is down since the last 4 days, I have called up the IPTV helpdesk @ 126000 'n' number of times to no avail.

My complaint no. is 55720 which was given to me from the IPTV helpdesk,
