Our landline MTNL number is 011-26899435 in the name of Mr Rishi Raj Malhotra, Vasant Kunj.

The outgoing calls have been barred since 13th Aug'09 even when all the bills have been paid.

Again a bill have been received but the outbound calls are still inactive even after 3 weeks.

The details of the bill are as follows:

The bill number # 2037210051, bill date: 13/07/09 was paid on 17 Aug Chq Paid-MICR CTS-NE-MTNL, cheque number : 795380 for Rs 652.00.

Another Bill Number # 2037311389, bill date: 13/08/09 was paid on 26 Aug Chq Paid-MICR CTS-NE-MTNL, cheque number : 795381 for Rs 418.00.

Request you to kindly look into the matter on urgent basis and get the outgoing calls activated as soon as possible as the number belongs to a senior citizen who is dependent on the landline phone only for any problem.
