Internet is not working

My internet is not working from last 10 days, I have complaint many times but there was no response, I have forwarded this mail to Area Manager and General Manager but there was also no response. And he will sent my bill for complete month. Before that my downloading speed was very slow I have complaint many times approximate two months but still same
