My Mobile no. is 9969409615 of MTNL Mumbai. on 23rd march i had requested for Caller tune services, against which MTNL had deducted some amount from my prepaid account. They had sent me one message that Caller Tune is activated on my mobile, whereas it was not done. Thenafter many time i made compalints to 1503 MTNL represenatives On 10th April'2009 they had provided compliant reference no. 3090406543 to get the feedback from their caller tune dept. Sir please notetill date it is not activated & again on 24th April'2009 MTNL had deducted renewal amount of Rs.20/- for caller tune.

If service is not provided & it is under complaint, how can one deduct the renewal amount?

Please take the matter with MTNL..
