NO RESPONSE TO FAULT COMPLAINT

Dear Sir/ Madam,

This is with regards to the captioned subject.

I am writing this mail to complain against MTNL mumbai for not being able to

rectify my landline number (022- 25665332) inspite of regular follow ups from the last 25 days.

My complaint numbers are 4393, 7480, 7484 and 8644.

I have been misleaded all these days by their customer reresentatives at the

call centres. I have also formally communicated this to them through email

aswell on their helpdesk, however there is no response.

I herewith request you to do the needful.
