MTNL Triband
Promised speed not provided

Mtnl website claims a minimum of 256kbps in its triband unlimited 256 kbps. on joining i was provided with about 150 kbps and i had no problem with that. But then the speed reduced to pathetic 25kbps. i complained to mtnl customer care & they said the complaint has been forwarded and would soon be looked after but since a month the speed is still 25 kbps.
