Dear Sir,

I, Anshul Vyas, am a resident of Thane (Maharashtra). I have been a customer of MTNL from past 12 years. I am extremely sorry to inform you about my experience regarding service from MTNL. I order for change of my broadband plan from Trib 200P to Unlimited 999 plan with docket number G6127172, on Customer care of MTNL, in the month of March. I was told that my plan would change from April 1 and I was confirmed twice regarding this by Customer care executives. I also inquired regarding change of plan on 1st April and I was assured that my plan was changed. My plan hasn’t changed yet and because of that I have received a huge amount of bill (26, 000). I went to MTNL Bhyandar to get some solution to this problem and the result was that theres no coordination in the staff and even the people of Managerial Level did not bother to pay attention to my problem. I am extremely sorry to inform you that even in these times when the Consumer is treated like king, I had to plead to the Managerial Staff of MTNL to understand my problem, Sir, I would request you to take quick action regarding this as the managerial Level people are putting the entire blame on us. Your early action will be highly appreciated.
