MTNL mumbai has the worst customer service, when ever a complaint ticket is issued there is no action taken it will take days for the mtnl officers to initatiate anything. How fair is it to pay for a service which has not been available to us. MTNL Mumbai is a SCAM. They will not provide internet service for a month but charge us for that month. We have to plead to them it get our internet up and running. India has completed 60 years of independence but nothing has changed. MTNL on whole is run by DOGS.
