MTNL Triband
Charged for Wireless but not provided

Dear Sirs,

Please note that i have been following with MTNL for a wireless triband connection for the past 3 months. Then one fine day they appear to install it and they install the wired modem instead of the wireless and the problem has still not been resolved inspite of complaining to 1500 (the MTNL call centre)

Please help me out.
