Poor broadband

I have a BB connection on the tele no 25687491 and 25699471. The broadband is regularly getting disturbed since 05 aug 08. bb on 25687491 is almost nonfunctional. Complaints to the sdo Mr saini (20020511) and on 1504 have borne no results. He refuses to meet in person and does not attend his telephone..i am surprised that can it go on like this endlessly and still they can get away with it...

May i request you to kindly look into the problem and rectify the same at the earliest as same is causing great deal of inconveneance.
