Mtnl /tri band internet
Non working of internet

A new connection of tri band internet has been installed on 30/08 on

my telephone no. 28564612. But upto now it is only a dead connection

& I had not received any response from mtnl. I donot know who will pay

for the days when the connection is not alive or dead. Another question

is that why mtnl provide their services to innocent peoples when they

cannot manage them.
