Very Low internet speed after incresing the bandwidth (Plan)

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I am a mtnl triband user for over 3 years now. Recently i got my plan changed from trib unlimited 256 to trib unlimited 512, it was done on the 1st of july.

Since that day onwards my internet speed has decreased considerably. Previously my average download speed used to be 200 to 230 kbps, now it is mere 50 - 55 kbps after the plan change.

I have been complaining to the 1504 service since 2nd of july everyday till now, but no response till date.

I request you to kindly address this complaint as soon as possible. My Last docket no. is 1441
