Unable to get Services

I Jalpa Shah would like to put a complaint that i have faced a poor customer experience and a absolute rubbish service from MTNL Triband for my internet services.

I am unable to use my services since 20/10/08 and have lodged a complaint (no-1248) and was given a SLA of 48 hrs however its still not resolved and even after talking to the customer care rep there is still no help?

Please guide me?
