I Purchased a seagate gate hard disk drive (SNo.9TE1BF10) from

The drive is under warranty and the direct warranty service is taken care by accel frontline service center, chennai greams road branch. The service representatives are misbehaving and they are telling it is not bought from india.

How can i lodge a complaint on accel frontline services.
