Air cooling not working

Dear sir,

I had travelled from Tatanagar to Delhi by Pushrottam Expess Train no.2801 on 6/06. my Pnr is 6226776690. A/c 3 tier coach no. B2 . my complaint is A/c (Air cooling) is not working from Purlia to Allahabad. I lodged complaint and my complaint no 814217so i request you to kindly refund my money.
