Mumbai Gold Cabs
No Service after taking advance

I took the services of Mumbai Gold cabs for my wife, at first the service were good as i use to get cabs on time. However, i paid advance for a month of Rs. 5000/- as prepaid voucher. I have the scanned recepit of the same with Invoice number MGC 254.

from 11th onwards they habe stopped their services to me, their call cente number 32443333, 32449999 are constantly switched off.

Point to be noted that this service was inaugurated by Chief Minister of Maharashtra Mr. VR Deshmukh.

I have called their corporate office at 26863442, 26861730 have spoken with Sneha and other 2 people, they have no answer to my problem. We called their another office where we were informed that this company has tanked with all the customers money.

Hard to believe that a company with so many cabs which was inagurated by Chief Minister less them 2 years back tanked.

I need justice not only for me but for many other customers who might have been fooled.
