Taxi driver tried to cheat

Please note that this is a complaint regarding taxi no MH 01 JA 9335

taken from the domestic terminal of Mumbai today on 25th February

at around 1320hrs. The driver refused to start the meter of the cab and

demanded Rs200 for drop till Juhu Versova Link road. No amount of

requests could convince him to start the meter. On being asked for the

receipt of the same he told that your service does not include a

receipt like Meeru service and on insisting he refused to go any

further and dropped me off at the sahara star near the terminal. I have

received a email id from Mr. Anthony of their call centre but is fake as the mails bounced.

I am really surprised by this wonderfull courtsey in which your drivers are trained

and hope they will keep up with the same. Think one I need to

place a complaint with the police or with RTO for the right kind of

service from their taxi or drivers. But to whom to compalin
