Wrong entries on pan card

Hello sir/mam,

i got my pan card number ASMPR3372C few days back.i came across some major mistakes.

corrections are following:-

1- first name should be RUCHI.

2- father's name should be DHIRENDER

3- date of birth should be 19/08/1986.

plaese rectify the above mistakes and kindly issue me a new pan card with same pan card number.
