Regarding PF Transfer from Mumbai to Gujarat -Transfer of P.F. accumulation in respect of Pranav Shah bearing P.F. Account No. GJ/7529/A/477

I have done numbers of emails regaring my PF Account transfer from Mumbai to Gujarat. the same are as under for your kind reference.
However, till date i do not my PF balance as well as its transfer status. you are kindly requested to do need full in my matter at the earliest.

Since July’2008 I have been trying to shift my PF account from Mumbai to Ahmedabad PF office. However, the same is not transferred. Please find enclosed here with all required documents for your kind reference.
You are kindly requested to do need full in this matter and shift my account immediately.

I have worked in M/s Dorsch Consult Pvt. Ltd, a Mumbai based Consultant company form June to June. During this period, company has deducted my PF amount and deposited to my PF Account No.:- MH/92188/91. However, till date I have not received a single P.F Slip as well as I do not know my total PF amount.
At present I am working in M/s Jaihind Projects Limited and request for transfer was submitted to PF Ahmedabad office on dtd.7th July’2008 and present PF account no is GJ / 7529-A-477.
Regarding my PF Account transfer from Mumbai to Ahmedabad, Mr. I.I. SAIYAD (ASSISTANT PF COMMISSIONER at Ahmedabd) has already forwarded letters to RPFC, Bandra vide O.W. No. GJ/PFC/ACCOUNTS/II/7529/A/526 dated 29/09 and No. GJ/AHD/ ACCTS.II/7529/A/477/546 dated 03/10 to your office. Please find enclosed all required details regarding above subject for your kind reference and request you to do needful in above matter and transfer my account immediately.
