Poor Service and Cheating Customers

I am regular traveler by Taxi from Sion to Nana Chowk (August Kranti Maidan). This Morning (June 19, 0975AM) I took a Taxi (No. MH 01- X-7497) The Taxi Driver was Rash in driving, He drove through two red signals and on the wrong side of the road. Additionaly he overcharged me. When I pointed this out, he was extremely rude and insulting. As a woman traveling alone, I'd definitely want some action taken against this man.
