Fare tampering

Hi,

I'm not sure how this works, but I'd like to register a complaint against taxi # 9787 C 95. I boarded this taxi on June 28, '09 from Dadar Stn (East) at around 9.30 to drop me at Charkop, Kandivli. Although the meter showed Rs27.90, he charged me Rs 556. When I complained that the fare was almost Rs 200 more that the usual amount, he even produced a tariff card that proclaimed 27.90 was Rs 556. I believe that he had not only doctored his meter, but was also using a fake tariff card. I'm not sure how action can be brought against him, but I'm hoping this is the first step.
