Dear Sir,

This is bring you kind attention that we have being following the above referred application the past 2 months at your office (Hyderabad Passport Regional Office) since the application submitted for passport renewal in India while on vacation as it was issued at Hyderabad and it was informed while submitting that the passport will be issued in 20-25 days because of a minor and UAE visa holder.

Now more than 3 months passed and the application is still pending. As per the passport inquiry counter the police report is not clear, whereas the police report says it is clear. We personally visited Hyderabad passport office thrice and submitted 3 applications and explain the details but regret to inform you that the front staff is neither willing to listen our case nor allowing us to see higher authorities, rather they treated us very badly with the help of police to get out of the passport office.

Is this is the behavior adopted by your good office? We are citizen of India also NRI’s where it has been informed that NRI’s will be treated differently and wec suppose this should be taken as positive not negative.

Lastly due to this delay my family cannot go back to UAE as my wife cannot travel leaving her alone, and more importantly my other kids school is suffering for the past 1 month, apart from this we are suffering constantly from financial losses, mental tension, etc.

Kindly consider this letter as an urgent request and instruct your good office to issue passport urgently.
