Garbage and Dirty/Broken Roads

We have a resident at Aggarwal Mkt., Street No.-14, Molarband ext., Badarpur, New delhi-110044. There is a broken road in our street where water gets accumulated in rainy days and lot of garbage collected near our home. The garbage is dumped by Safai Karamcharis when they clear drains. We are severely suffering from poor smell and dirty surroundings. Even the no. of mosquitoes increased day by day.
