I here stat that my name is Hiral Manishkumar Shah but there was a

mistake by the company that they change my name Hiral to Hiren.

Because of that my ESC was bounced on 27-11-1007. Then I applied to

Intimespectrum registry on 28-11 at the mithakhali, Ahmedabad

Office for my IPO Refund. But there was no any response from the company.

I received a draft on 16-12 with the incorrect name of Hiren Manishkumar

Shah. I again applied to the Intemespectrum Registry to change the DD and send

me with the correct name “Hiral Manishkumar Shah” on 17-12.

I also submitted my bank account detail and my Demate DP Master.
