Sub: Didn’t receive the Refund order or any Share allotted of Mundra Port & Special Economic Zone Ltd., till date.

Respected Sir,

I Gautam Chand Jain a resident of Hyderabad, my DP No- 1203620000006929. (INANI SECURITIES LTD, HYDERABAD, AP)

I had applied for an IPO of Mundra Port & Special Economic Zone Ltd., Application no – 81756589 Dated - 06/11 for 145 shares, bearing Chq no- 1994780 of ICICI Bank Ltd, Secunderabad Branch of Rs. 46, 200/- . (and the same is cleared). Application form submitted at the bidding center of Kotak Securities- Secunderabad.

No shares allotted to me nor they refund my amount till date. I contact many times to Intime Spectrum Registry Ltd - Mumbai (The registrar of the Issue) on telephone, the respond is not satisfactory. They informed that they unable to find my application form and related data, they said to contact the bidding center. I even contact them but their also the respond is not satisfactory.

My request you to kindly look in to the matter, as more than two months had been past and I didn’t received my amount back. As per the SEBI rules the amounts had to be refund within 15 days, but I didn’t receive any amount.
