Non receipt of refund order/allotment

I applied for equity shares by application bearin g no: 44356702 by a chq bearing no: 721324 for rs.99000.00.The cheque was cleared from my account on 13.111.2007.

I wrote nearly 7 letters to the registrar and SEBI but no reply till date. SEBI acknowledge me on 28.03.2008 by a letter ref no: 0020778/01 dated 11.03.2008.

Please be needful in the matter at the earliest and oblige.
