PF Withdrawal

Dear Sir,

My name is Sadiq Hyder Ali Hussain Mohiuddin. I worked with Accenture services from a period Nov' May' 2008.

I forwarded my Provident Fund for withdrawal of the entire amount in March' 2011. The wait was for 3 months, and I haven't yet received any information or acknowledgment as to when my P.F amount will be credit to my account.

My Employee ID at Accenture was 10276028 and P.F number is MH/45665/24622
