Subject:- Complain against Service Centre Dhanbad.

Sir,

I am with Indian School of Mines University Dhanbad, Jharkhand under MHRD, New Delhi and would like to bring to your kind knowledge that One Laptop, Travel Mate 2300 NLCI MODEL was given to your authorise Service Centre at Dhanbad to Arun Kumar, Mobile no 09334484316 on 25/03/09 for Mother Board repairing ultimately it was sent to you Ranchi COMPUTER SYSTEMS & SERVICES, RANCHI, JHARKHAND PH. 2209923/24. It was handed over back to me on 27/04 charging Rs. 6, 500/ in cash vide Job work No. CSS/JW/00104 dated 25/04. After receiving back i was busy for my sons admission at Deharadun Institute of Technology in B.Tech. CSE. uttarakhand his classes started from today. I mean to say that actually I didn’t used my laptop during his admission when I tried to work on my laptop it didn’t worked as such again it was given back to your service centre at Dhanbad on 01/08/09 to look into it and which was again sent to your Ranchi COMPUTER SYSTEMS & SERVICES, RANCHI, JHARKHAND PH. 2209923/24.

Its very funny that this time they said there is problem in the mother Board then I interrupted and said last time you repaired the mother Board then they said that last time they repaired VGA card . then i showed them Job card / bill work No. CSS/JW/00104 dated 25/04 on which it was clearly mentioned that Mother Board repairing & services charging Rs. 6, 500/- then they agreed the same.

Now they are burgling that parts will be required and then they will see and reply on it . we said very clearly this time we are not going to pay you single rupees for which we have already paid Rs. 6, 500/-. They are not behaving properly and still lap top is lying with your service centre.

Till date they have not replied, that’s why I am constraint to write to you to take necessary action to get my Lap top repaired at the earliest otherwise i will have to take some alternative steps which i want to avoid it being a Central Govt Officer. We may write to other Central Govt offices regarding your poor services in Jharkhand by which you may lose good marker over here. We are dealing with all the reputed brand in the market we have resident engineer to give uninterrupted services to ISM University. They are very co-operative I think you will also not like to lose your market.

Hope you will co-operate with me and do the need full at earliest to get my laptop repaired. If required I can send the scan copy of the bill.

I have taken back my laptop. I have talked to ur resident engineer at ism Mr akbal he has given me ur email add and ask me to give u details for help.
