Telephone lines always engage

Dear Sir,

I am associate with M/S. Munuswamy Gas Agency, at Velachery for booking the cylinder on 17.01.2009 17 days till date we never get the cylinder and telephone line connected (always busy) we observed sometimes they keep phones on hold. Every time We are trying continious 2-3 days then we book the cylinder. But we get cylinder within time. Booking of cylinder is very hectic.
