My board is not work

I have a murcury mother board PI945 GCM and its stuck in 10 or 12 min all time i m format full hard drive and i m copy a new window but it can't work properly i m in problem please help me what i do and it is off directly sometimes no malware, spyware virus are in my computer becouse i m format my computer.
