Murginns Honey Rings
Expired date product being sold at RELIANCE FRESH

Hi,

I am regular visitor of Reliance fresh and holding the reliance card 2266111166734046 also.. On 30th july 09 i had purchased Murginns Honey Rings at Baramunda branch..Bhubaneswar After going home when i was about to open it, saw the expiry date was Mar 09...

When i went to return it, the store manager was not ready to accept the product even though we showed the bill and rather was telling how will we know if it is our product"...

The store manager without accepting their mistake questioned customer's integrity.. is it the customer service that Reliance provides..

its a matter of 100 rs whcih we could have ignored but the store manager without accepting and coopearting to check questioned integrity...

All these stores should be audited properly and such complaints should eb taken into consideration to close the Reliance store.. We go to such stores so that we are sure of a good product.. But understood they are also running business at the cost of human lives.
