Cheated my an institution

I am student.after comliting my grade 10 .i decided to take admission in an IB school and took admission in SGVP (a school in ahemdabad). they asked me to pay the school fees and gave me admission but two later after giving admission, they told me that they have closed IB, so i had to change school .the school refused to give me my fees back . at the time of admission they promised to give me IB and they informed me that they have IB syllbus, they also gave me documents in which they specified that they have IB. now i have to find admission in other .i want my fees back
