Deduction of balance even after deactivating NOP services

From last one month i have been debited for NOP internet service even after it was deactivated..after my complaint i was credited Rs.55. And assured that my N0P services had been deactivated. But after that my balance was daily was reduced by Rs.5 .to that some of the customer care excecutive use to tell NOP is activated n vice versa evry time a different answer. This thing has not yet solved. So its a request 2 do the needful..thankyou
