Unauthorised persons travelled by 8409 up on 01 11 2010

While i was travelling from hwh to kharagpur on 01/11 by 8409up jagannath exp, i asked TTE MR L.V.Rao HD TTE E.Co rly to allot an authorised birth frm hwh to kgp and as per my request he alloted one birth at S-7 coach, birth no-9 vide ticket no-C73897048 and res no-284224 dtd 1st nov.at that time a no of passengers were there who were travelling without any authorised tickets at sleeper class and they were at birth no-10, 11, 12, 13 and 14.mr L.V. Rao permitted the matter with a token money which has come to me as illegal to ur service, because despite of my legal ticket, i had to avail ur service with some unauthorised passengers as permitted by Mr L.V. Rao.

now under the Right To Information Act, u are bound to inform me the details why this type of illegal approach have been permitted by ur department, where i had been travelling with an authorised tickets with a multiple no unauthorised passengers.

pl either take any steps against ur employee or else I will move to consumers forum within 48 hrs.
