They refused to change a cd that was not working

I had got this cd around 10 days back. I came home and tried it out. But the entire second half of the movie was not there. I called them up and they assured me they will change the cd whenever i come with it. I was out of town for the past week and returned day before yesterday night. I went to the Park Street Music World yesterday evening to get it changed, but funnily they said seven days had gone so they could not help us. It is amazing! I had to come all the way because they do not check the cds. Moreover I had got it confirmed that they will change it any time. Yet they refused to do so because seven days had passed. This is gross unprofessionalism. They should have changed. We are all busy individuals. We can't come at their beck and call. Moreover they gave me wrong information over the pfone and because of that my trip was completely wasted. I dont think I will ever get myself to buy from them again.
