Selling price is more than MRP

I went to MusicWorld in Kukatpelly Hyderabad Opp to BJP party office kukatpelly to purchase a telugu movie CD (Rudraveena) the MRP of the CD is Rs:60.00 in AP and rest of states is Rs: 65.00 however MusicWorld is selling it for Rs:99.00. When I asked for explanation they just replaied as thats there price and I can complaint where ever i want.
