Poor network and missbehaves of customer care

Dear sir/madam

I am your customer since 2002 and i have 5 nos. of yours. From a long span of i am facing a lot of problem in your network. Whenever any one tries to call us it says always that "the mobile is out of range or it is switched offf". And we suffers a lot. The call suddenly disconnects while talking due to weak network. I have complained so many times to your customer care and also through the emails but it results zero. Also the behaves rudly with us. They use to disconnect our calls without taking us.

I live in Muzaffarpur and there were two towers of yours, one is at Chhata chowk which is 200 m and another is in Damuchhak which is 150 m from ours place. But the network is wprst.

So, please solve our problems.
