Damaged Industrial Oven

As i ahve procured Industrial Oven form M.V.International, Delhi, on ex-works Baroda Factory but at the time of delivery we found that the material was badely damaged & immidaitely we have intimated to the party about this damaged. After so many email, folowups & ph. calls M/s.M.V. Internation not at all responded a single time. Every time he is ging only commitment for reparing or give the infomation we are doing someing for that. Eventhough till today there is no response from him neither he is peaking up the ph. What i ahve to do for this as the cost of oven is Rs.50, 000/- (Approx.)
