Not refunding advanced money for Residential project

Hello All,

I want all of you to be aware of this company MVL Limited.

I had invested around 2 lac rupees in pre launch of MVL city project (Now known as MVL Flora). I was told that within 2-3 month company would launch but that didn't happen for more than a year.

When i started enquiring about getting refund of my money, officials from this company kept making some of other excuses and every time said that they will talk to higher management but no avail.

Recently i learnt that both of the officials with whom i was interacting, are no more with the company and no one at company is even listening.

I am planning to send them a notice followed by legal notice now.
