Failure of ATM withdrawal

At the time of my atm withdrawal at ATM canara bank, Chandramouli nagar Guntur the required amount not drawan by that ATM.No error report also not received. After half an hour i was drawn an amount of Rs 3000/- at vijaya bank ATM arandal pet Guntur. after taking the mini statement i found the drawal amont on the same day debited twice wrongly. hence i request you kindly set that problem and credit that excessive Rs 3000/- to my account ie:- ABJ 03110027000052.
