I a.v.tulasiram from andhara pradesh was taken cell connection in july in month of october i lost my cell phone number09391649395, i given complaint in vijayawada madhukalyan mandapam reliance centre and blocked my number.later on october 7th i taken new mobile and sim in reliance communication onetown centre, vijayawda.only incoming came in two days after that there is no incoming and outgoing also.i request reliance communication people lot but there is no responce from them.they harrased me lot by their responce.
