Sir,

We were running a tour company called -My Destination, based in cochin. It was a partnership firm promoted by 2 persons. We were dealing with M/s Discover Kerala Holidays, Thiruvananthapuram for long time.

The co. -My destination was closed in march due to partnership problems. At the time of closing, our major sub agent M/s DKH (Discover kerala Holidays) pending amount is Rs. more than 14 lacs. As and when i contact to Mr.manu, the proprietor of DKH, he said some amount is already deposited to my partner's personnel a/c. Still, he has not given any reasonable explanation to me who is personnly commited to give a good amount of money to my customers.

I understood that DKH (Discover kerala Holidays) cheated us by not making pending amount to us. It is a fraud company and just beware of doing with them. Somebody who deal with them, definitely burn their fingers...
