Sir,

on 14th october my father and grandfather are coming home from market in evening at 7 pm. they met with an accident with a person on his cycle who is coming 4m a wrong side.

at that my father took him 4 an xray, but failed becoz shops were closed, and on 15 th october that person's son with someone came to our home 4 money becoz that person got plaster on his knee.

my question is it right to pay money to a person who is cming 4m wrong side?
