Unauthorised withdrawal from ATM

Pl ref. my earlier complaints (No-1233110248078) dtd.28.01.2009 (in contactcentre@sbi.co.in) as regards to unauthorised withdrawal of Rs.40000/- on 27.01.2009 from the ATM centre attached to SBI Bhilai -3510 branch (Bhilai industrial estate branch). Your reply on dtd.06.02.2009 from sbi contact centre was not at all encouraging. Since, the said withdrawal owing to fraudulent transaction made in two phases (Rs.20000/-each on 07.01.2009 within a span of 5 minutes) has reduced my balance, kindly rectify the mishap immediately. My bank pass book no. is 30210617512 & the ATM no is 6220180351000129038.

It may be mentioned here that although the said ATM was not physically used on that date, how such type of mishap could occur???

Further to inform that the ATM Card was made inactive on my complaint to bank & surrendered to the bank on 27.01.2009 and in the mean time a new ATM card has been obtained.

Under the above context, pl help to get back my money immediately.
