My: Policy No.111200/34/07/11/00011943 & ID No. BN1120967

This claim is made with regard to my daughter Ms. Chitra M. Panicker, who was admitted to Manas Nursing home, Ulhasnagar - 421 004 on 15th January at about 10 P.M. The claim amount as per the bills is Rs.6950/-

In this connection, I have made several complaints to you. But no action has been taken so far. I am not getting any response to my complaints.

Before I take this matter up, legally if necessary, I need to know from you if I am entitled to be given such information by Raksha TPA as to how they have arrived at this non payable stage.
