BILLING PROBLEM & SIGNAL BREAKING PROBLEM

We are the DSL connection subscriber with Account No 13182981. This mail is

with regards to the exorbitant value of the DSL bill @ Rs 10443 for the

duration from 05th Jan to 04th Feb 09. The past record shows that the bills

have never exceeded Rs 3700 (copy of the bills, present and past, attached).

Therefore this jump in the amount is incomprehensible and inexplicable.

Apart from this we have been facing continuous breakage in the net

connection for a long time. Inspite of innumerable efforts from both ends,

the problem persists.

Kindly look into the matter and provide an urgent solution.
